Refund Policy

Serius Media operates as a professional production house. Due to the high cost of pre-production, gear reservation, and crew scheduling, we adhere to the following policy:

1. Project Deposits & Retainers

All projects require a non-refundable retainer to secure production dates. This retainer covers initial pre-production costs and ensures our team’s availability for your specific event or commercial shoot.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling terms are defined on a per-project basis within the signed service agreement. Generally, cancellations made within a specific window of the production date will be subject to a cancellation fee to cover lost opportunity and logistical expenses already incurred.

3. Custom Contract Terms

Because every project—from global conferences to brand commercials—has unique requirements, the specific refund and cancellation terms outlined in your individual signed contract will always supersede this general policy.

4. Post-Production

Once post-production has commenced, fees paid toward editing and delivery are non-refundable. We provide a specific number of revision rounds (as outlined in your contract) to ensure the final product meets your brand’s standards.
